For incoming firearms, our FFL transfers fee is just $25.00 for the first firearm.

We understand that many firearm enthusiasts may have a collection of weapons, which is why we offer a discounted rate of $15 for each additional firearm – up to three firearms. This allows you to easily transfer multiple firearms without breaking the bank. We believe in transparency, so you can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees or surprises along the way.

How do I transfer a firearm I sold out of state or want to ship to someone out of state?

On outgoing FFL transfers there is a fee of $25.00, per firearm, additionally you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

• The receiving dealer will need to provide us a copy of their FFL and can email it to Sales@alphapistol.com or reaching via our contact page. During the shipment we will provide a copy of our FFL and mark the package with your name as the recipient.
• The receiving dealer will arrange the transfer to your buyer / recipient.
• We will need the name and phone number of the person receiving the firearm to include with the paperwork for the receiving dealer.
• You are responsible for any FFL transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL and/or state. You are also responsible for confirming local laws at the receiving location.

Please ensure that ANY item(s) you are receiving is/are legal in the state of Connecticut, as we will not transfer any item(s) that do not meet Connecticut guidelines. It is important to comply with the local regulations to ensure a smooth and legal transaction.

At Alpha Pistol, we prioritize your safety and compliance with the law. Therefore, it is crucial that you thoroughly research and familiarize yourself with the specific regulations regarding the possession and transfer of firearms or any related items in Connecticut. This responsibility falls upon you as the recipient of such items.

Additionally, please note that in the event of non-compliance or any issues with the transfer, YOU will be solely responsible for ANY charges incurred during the return process. It is essential to review and understand our terms and conditions to avoid any unnecessary expenses.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a swift and efficient transfer of the firearm, while complying with all applicable regulations and laws. As responsible firearms dealers, we prioritize the safety and compliance of every transaction.

Lastly, it is important to pick up your items within 30 days of receiving the notification that they are ready. This timeframe allows for an efficient and timely transfer process. Failure to collect your items within the stipulated time period will result in the items being considered abandoned and they will become the property of Alpha Pistol.
